The Field Quality Manager is responsible for end-to-end monitoring of seed production fields for ensuring stringent genetic purity standards across vegetable seeds, field crops, and parent seeds. This includes close oversight during crop growth, harvest, and post-harvest stages, with strong focus on real-time deviation flagging, digital record keeping, and progress tracking via SAP and mobile applications. The role ensures implementation of quality protocols and early correction of non-compliance to uphold seed quality.
