Business Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead the development and execution of the Division’s business plan, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives across Maize, Pearl Millet, and Mustard segments.
  • Drive divisional sales performance to achieve budgeted targets through disciplined execution of field operation strategies and consistent practices across the Division.

Customer Complaint In-charge

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customer complaint handling from registration to closure in SAP/system
  • After registration compline the registered complaints, do the classification as per the matrix
  • Initial analysis and assign action to the concerned department based on the nature of the complaint
  • Ensure the field visit to affected areas within defined timelines.
  • Record observation as per check list and prepare the report
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis using RCA tools & ensure timely implementation and tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and impactful Video/design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for ACSEN Agriscience across branding materials, product communication, social media creatives, website elements, brochures, presentations, and campaign collateral.
  • Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant platforms to create and refine high-quality visual content.
  • Apply appropriate corporate templates and guidelines visual hierarchy, typography, colour systems, and layout standards while incorporating stakeholder feedback to strengthen communication effectiveness and brand consistency.
  • Edit and produce engaging video content for digital platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, internal communication, and marketing campaigns.
  • Understand campaign objectives, product messaging, and storytelling requirements to develop compelling video narratives through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
